About the Position
Your Role: As a Server, you are responsible for supporting daily dining operations by providing friendly, timely, and attentive meal service while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
Position Highlights- Status: FULL TIME
- Location: 14520 HIGHWAY 3, WEBSTER, TX 77598
- Rate of Pay: $14.00 - $15.00
- Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience.
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menus, and food items to assist residents with selections.
- Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables, side stations, and surrounding areas.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including completing assigned checklists.
- Support orientation and training of new servers as needed.
- Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Assist with dining room organization, flow, and supply placement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous dining or hospitality experience preferred.
- Enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Demonstrates good judgment, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 25–50 lbs.).
- Possible exposure to cleaning chemicals and food service equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays.
- Comfort interacting closely with residents during meals.
