Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, particularly in baking and food production. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods while ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to meet the needs of our clientele.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
• Decorate donuts and other baked goods with artistic flair to enhance presentation.
• Ensure all food preparation meets safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Package finished products for display or delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the baking area and adhere to all health regulations.
• Able to lift over 25lbs.

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Skills in pastry decorating and creative presentation are highly desirable.
• Experience in customer service within the food industry is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• A culinary degree or certification related to baking is an advantage but not required.
