Greet customers with a friendly, energetic greeting and maintain a positive contact with customers;
Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty;
Conduct bag and package checks for store and corporate associates to ensure safety and security standards;
Assist in shortage reduction training and communicate theft prevention information during store rallies
