Carrier Enterprise is hiring a motivated Part‑Time Branch Sales Associate for our Webster, TX location. This day‑shift position offers up to 28 hours per week and focuses on boosting sales of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts and supplies, including our exclusive private label brand, Top Tech. The role is ideal for individuals seeking a work‑life balance or a career start in the HVAC industry.

• Promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to customers, dealers and contractors.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations by providing prompt and courteous service for walk‑in and telephone inquiries.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly and actively promote our private‑label brand.
• Follow safety, health, security and environmental standards.
• Restock shelving, unload products and, if required, operate a forklift; the position may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.

• 1–3 years of HVAC or related retail sales experience (e.g., HVAC sales, counter sales).
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with contractors and residential or commercial HVAC parts is desired.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of experience.
• Forklift certification preferred, not required.
