The Sr. Inside Sales Representative is an experienced inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. This position is the company’s front line of contact with the customer, tasked with understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude at all times.
Ancillary duties may include supporting the logistics of dispatch equipment delivery and training other team members.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience, or a 4‑year degree plus 1 year of equipment rental industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- Solid computer and administrative skills
- Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
