At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Webster, Texas, we’re looking for a Front Desk Sales Specialist who combines warm hospitality with a passion for wellness. If you enjoy connecting with people, guiding them toward self-care, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:- Welcome Guests with a Smile – Be the first friendly face our clients see and set the tone for a relaxing visit.
- Educate & Recommend – Share the benefits of our membership program and spa services in a genuine, informative way.
- Stay Connected – Follow up with guests via phone, text, or email to answer questions and encourage return visits.
- Manage the Flow – Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments using our scheduling software.
- Support Sales Goals – Help the team meet monthly membership and service targets—bonuses available!
- Be a Team Player – Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and fellow front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Friendly & Approachable – You love making people feel welcome and cared for.
- Comfortable with Sales – You can confidently explain value and guide guests toward the right choices.
- Organized & Tech-Savvy – You’re great at multitasking and navigating booking systems.
- Reliable & Professional – You show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in your work.
- Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Wellness is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
- Flexible Schedule – Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Spanish speaker strongly preferred
- $14/hr Base Pay + $10 Commission for Every Membership Sold
