• Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay and current promotions.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment.
• Keep the venue clean, organized and inviting.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Live Topgolf's core values every day.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.; carry golf bags and clubs.
• Remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Engage in a variety of physical activities.
• Maintain endurance in a high‑volume environment.
