$30 – $36 per hour

We offer industry-leading performance compensation structures along with $12,300.00 in direct company-funded benefits for field staff:

• Service Technicians: $30.00 – $36.00/hr base plus uncapped commissions on Gross Profit, Pro Plan spiffs, and direct candidate referral bounties. Real earnings range from $75,000 – $120,000+.

• Health Insurance Contribution: $500.00 monthly company credit (~50% covered / $6,000 annual value).

  Drive a fully equipped company vehicle, handle complex diagnostics, and deliver 5-star solutions to our residential client base.
• Key Focus:
  Consistently execute business KPIs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Requirements:
  • Valid Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License.
  • Proven track record in residential service, diagnostic troubleshooting, and code compliance.
  • High-level proficiency presenting solutions directly to homeowners.
