Overview
Warehouse Associate – Quick Hire.
Location:
Webster, TX. The role supports daily warehouse operations including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer.
- Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently (frequent mounting and dismounting required).
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness (trash removal, sweeping, organizing materials).
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Minimum Education:
None - Minimum Years of
Experience:
0-2 - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
- Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
- Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or equipment.
- Warehouse setting with varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and standard warehouse conditions.
- Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
