Overview

Warehouse Associate – Quick Hire.

Location:

Webster, TX. The role supports daily warehouse operations including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently (frequent mounting and dismounting required).
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness (trash removal, sweeping, organizing materials).
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
• Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or equipment.

• Warehouse setting with varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
• Exposure to dust, noise, and standard warehouse conditions.
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
