Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles.

* Create a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere.

* Assess and monitor student progress.

* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success.

* Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

* NC Teaching certification (preferred).

* Previous teaching experience preferred.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
