• Teaching 8th grade Science and Middle School Physical Science.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles.
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
• Knowledge and background related to the NC Standard Course of Study (NCSCOS).

• NC Teaching certification.
• Previous teaching experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme or IB Middle Years Programme.
