Job Title
Responsibilities:
- Proactive batch monitoring
- L1 Troubleshooting
- Triage with Developers, infra and as needed teams to resolve job failures.
- Problem Management to resolve recurring QA mainframe job failures.
- Status reporting.
Skills:
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience required on the desired field.
- Proficient knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS, VSAM.
- Working knowledge on MQ and Kafka.
- Good knowledge on Mainframe OPCC scheduler.
- Distributed Autosys added advantage.
- Excellent communication and email writing skills.
