Assistant Operations Manager, Wealth Advice Center

You’ll be working as part of our Operations team, managing the day‑to‑day supervisory review process within the Wealth Advice Center. You will play a critical role in assisting our Operations team management to mitigate operational risk while simultaneously delivering excellent, timely service to our clients and our sales teams.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience working with a leading financial institution
• A strong track record of success in previous positions
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, and Series 10 licenses required
• Undergraduate degree is mandatory

Indicative gross base salary range for a full‑time equivalent role:
United States
- New Jersey
- Weehawken: min USD 70,000 - max USD 93,000 per annum. Salary will be determined by relevant factors including role‑required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. UBS offers competitive benefits and may provide variable compensation or awards at its discretion.
