Mainframe Z/OS Performance Analyst / Capacity Planning
Z/OS Performance and Tuning Capacity Planning MICS/MXG
Hybrid work on site 3 days a week

- Strong knowledge base of Z/OS PERFORMANCE and TUNING
- Capacity Planning
- Analyze CPU, I/O
- SMF records
- Workload Manager policy changes
- Strong SAS programming skills a must
- WLM
- Usage of reporting tools (MICS, MXG)
- RMF monitor
- OMEGAMON
- Diagnostic tools (freeze frame)
- Ability to multi task in a high demand global environment
