Data Center Technician - Weehawken, NJ

Core Weave is an AI cloud infrastructure company that became publicly traded in March 2025. As a Data Center Technician, you will maintain the availability and reliability of Core Weave's data center environments through hands‑on hardware diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission‑critical infrastructure at their Weehawken, NJ location.

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs, including root cause analysis of failures
• Assemble, install, and maintain equipment, including server and networking hardware
• Develop scripts and documentation to support infrastructure updates and operations
• Respond to on‑site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on on‑call rotation
• Travel up to 10% of the time to other data center locations as needed

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly
• Experience working with Linux operating systems
• Experience in data center environments
• Ability to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces including under‑floor areas and on ladders
• Availability to work flexible schedule in 24/7 environment with rotating on‑call participation

• Experience with computer networking
• Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field

Base salary $65,000–$83,000 plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision (100% paid by Core Weave), life insurance, disability insurance, HSA/FSA, tuition reimbursement, ESPP, 401(k) with employer match, flexible PTO, and catered lunch at office and data center locations
