Role Purpose
The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.
TechnicalExperience
- Proven experience delivering NICE Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) implementations.
- Hands‑on expertise in the design, integration, and implementation of NICE Actimize products, including AIS, Modeler, RCM, and Act One.
- Strong command of programming concepts with practical experience in Java, SQL, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Comfortable working in Linux‑based environments, including extensive use of bash (shell) scripting.
- Solid experience with Dev Ops tools and practices, including Git, Git Lab Pipelines, Nexus, Jira, Ansible, and RPM packaging.
- Background in Financial Services IT, with a strong understanding of client, account, and transaction data.
- Prior exposure to Financial Crime Prevention, particularly Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), is highly preferred.
- Strong database skills with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of collaboration, planning, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility, using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with global and cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
- A flexible, resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset to drive initiatives forward.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in parallel, while maintaining accuracy and a strong focus on delivery.
- Strong motivation to develop deep subject matter expertise in core vendor platforms and end‑to‑end solutions.
- Self‑driven, accountable, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments.
Institutional Compliance.

CompensationThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
