Job Title
UX Researcher

$48/hr on W2
Job Responsibilities- Conducting User Research: use various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies, to gather data about user behavior and preferences.
- Evaluating and Reviewing Existing Products: analyze the user experience of existing product and services, to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyzing Data: interpret data collected from user research, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
- About 7-8 years of expertise/experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the importance of putting the user first.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present research findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and Product Managers.
