• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site‑specific policies, managing front desk activities, and supporting security‑related procedures at a commercial office location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify visitor credentials, issue access materials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.
• Answer questions, receive deliveries, maintain visitor and/or contractor logs, and communicate with building management and/or emergency contacts regarding security‑related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols.

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
