Security Officer Lobby Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, managing front desk activities, and supporting security-related procedures at a commercial office location.;
Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify visitor credentials, issue access materials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.;
Answer questions, receive deliveries, maintain visitor and/or contractor logs, and communicate with building management and/or emergency contacts regarding security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols.
