Agentic AI Developer
Location - Weehawken, NJ (5 days WFO)
Duration:
Long term
In-person interview mandatory
Key responsibilities:
- Develop AI agents
- Implement multi-step workflows and enable collaboration between multiple agents
- Connect agents to enterprise APIs, data platforms
- Use benchmarking tool and evaluation framework to measure agent efficiency and reliability
- Monitor agent behavior, optimize for scalability and enhance decision making capability
Required skill:
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Model APIs like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic etc..
- Proficiency in Python or similar language
- Experience with LLM-based framework (Lang Chain, Lang Graph)
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search
- Familiarity with containerization and required skill
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and ethical AI practices
