Job Description

We are looking for a OES Aftermarket Sales Executive who can:

Build and sustain healthy long‑term relationships with OES customers and represent DENSO as key account interface

Maximize the OES potential derived from DENSO OE Share and find new business opportunities to grow the business

Coordinate business projects from a commercial point of view

Ensure sales and profit targets are achieved

These Will Be Your Responsibilities

Customer key account management (excellent relationship based on win/win, trust and reliability)

Ensure sales & profit targets are achieved through monthly PDCA and proper price and profit management

Customer financial management

Ensure customer contracts are in place (negotiate contract terms & conditions)

Prepare annual sales plan and contribute to annual G&O (goals and objectives) creation

Strategic market analysis

Create sales leads and propose and execute actions to achieve annual plan and MTP (mid‑term plan) direction

Make & negotiate commercial customer offers (request for quotation)

Coordinate cross‑departmental projects (planning, quotation, development & introduction and full life cycle) while ensuring excellent stakeholder management within DENSO Global international environment

Qualifications

Bachelor or university degree in business or engineering field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

3‑5 years of experience overall and in project management

Good English language skills;
Dutch and other languages are an asset

Strong interest in or good knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry

Affinity with product development

Ability to influence and convince others and find solutions

Strong analytical and business strategy skills

Ability to cooperate in a multicultural environment and understanding of Japanese business culture

Proactive & able to work autonomously while being a team player

Diplomatic, mature, able to deal with long‑term negotiation processes

Networking & commercial skills

Literate in Microsoft Office suite (in particular Excel, PowerBI, Outlook & PowerPoint), experience with ERP systems, MS Project & CRM tools

Driver license
