• Experience in processing insurance payments and remittance preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD 10 is preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation required.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

• Job duties include but not limited to Insurance and self pay payment posting, clerical duties, paper claim processing and patient collections.
