Under general supervision, performs full-performance level work in multiple-step clerical tasks calling for interpretation and application of office procedures, rules and regulations. In addition to general office duties, this employee will perform daily compiling and maintaining of records of incarceration for each of the facilities inmates, generally numbering approximately 900 on a daily basis. This person is responsible for invoicing the committing jurisdictions for the housing of inmates and settling disputes concerning payments as questions arise.
This employee is responsible for verifying accurate and complete commitments, and court documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. May be required to work a security post.
Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
ANDExperience:
Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience performing routine office work or customer-facing roles.
OR Substitution:College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
