Regional EHS Manager NL

Shirley Parsons is collaborating with a full‑service construction firm to bring on an experienced Regional EHS Manager to support their expanding operations across the North East and Mid-Atlantic region. This person will need to demonstrate a strong on‑site presence and a forward‑thinking approach to safety. Uphold safe, efficient execution of work that reflects our operational standards and company values.

This is a hybrid role with 50-75% travel and will consider candidates based in PA, OH, WV, VA, SC

• Carry out field safety assessments while promoting a behavior‑focused approach to safety.
• Oversee the organization and upkeep of safety documents such as training files, inspection summaries, and incident documentation.
• Lead daily JSA briefings while coaching teams on recognizing risks and executing tasks safely.
• Conduct HSE training sessions and verify compliance with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926) and company guidelines.

• 7+ years of EHS experience within the construction industry. Management and leadership experience is a plus.
• BS in Health and Safety or related field is preferred.
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., CHST, CSP) are a plus.
• Comfortable with travelling 50-75% of the time to various sites in the region.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate with every level of an organization.
