Candidates should have a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience, and preferably a four‑year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or Construction Management. A strong mechanical aptitude is a plus – as is expertise in purchasing, scheduling, computer skills and people development. Applicants should be self‑starters with good communication skills who can readily handle several tasks.

This position requires a licensed and/or qualified person to operate the following: long boom conventional crane; hydraulic crane; track excavators; rubber tired front end loaders; mini backhoes; bobcat loaders; off road dump truck (20+ yards); and small to large bull dozers. Candidates should have a minimum of two years experience in equipment operation, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and be up to date on all safety standards and regulations.
