Delivering an unparalleled customer experience, the full-time Consumer Services Specialist will manage inbound service center calls, resolve banking inquiries, and cross-sell products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities- Interact with customers over the phone to answer banking-related questions and resolve issues
- Engage in continuous learning through training and departmental communications
- Meet performance metrics based on call quality, talk time, and cross-sale success rates
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience
- Knowledge of basic banking products such as checking and credit card accounts
- Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information
- Basic understanding of privacy regulations and customer authentication processes
