The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a summer school teacher for Peterstown Elementary students, located at James Monroe High School. The teacher will focus on reading instruction as an interventionist for grades K-4 and will work closely with classroom teachers.
This role requires a valid teaching certificate as well as successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening. Classes run from June 29 to July 31, 2026, with no school on July 3rd for the holiday.
