• Ability to be flexible in schedule and available during the instructional day
• Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be considered eligible
• Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible
• Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible
• Applicants who have been dismissed or had contracts non-renewed for cause by another school district are not eligible
• Ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

County Supplement:
The Grant County Board of Education considers this to be a volunteer position for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Affordable Care Act. Consequently, hours spent while performing coaching duties will not count toward, or be combined with, hours worked in any other position with the Board for purposes of either Act.
