• Lead underground mine planning, production scheduling and mine development activities
• Oversee underground blasting, ventilation planning and ground control to deliver safe, efficient operations
• Drive continuous improvements in productivity, cost performance and operational safety
• Partner with site leadership to develop mining strategies and support future expansion projects

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in underground hard rock mining
• Strong knowledge of underground blasting, ventilation systems, mine planning and mine safety
• Proven ability to deliver operational improvements while maintaining the highest safety standards
