Form Energy is seeking a Staff Equipment Engineer to lead automated equipment for ramping production of our iron-air battery. You will own processes and improvements for robotic cells and automated hardware, driving decisions to remove bottlenecks and ensure reliable operation at the Weirton facility.
You will mentor cross-functional teams and collaborate with design and process groups to optimize for high-speed, fully-automated manufacturing while ensuring safety and quality across shifts.
