Job Description:

Define and implement OEE and equipment performance metrics to identify loss drivers and prioritize improvement work. Translate production data and downtime trends into clear problem statements, project scopes, and execution plans. Lead equipment-focused improvement projects, including mechanical, tooling, fixturing, and station layout changes. Create and maintain CAD designs and drawings to develop hardware solutions that address reliability, ergonomics, quality, and throughput issues.
