CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time Call Center Scheduler
Qualifications- Medical Office experience preferred.
- Must have excellent computer skills and be able to multi-task.
- Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Primary duties include but are not limited to answering a high volume of incoming calls, making/rescheduling appointments, and relaying/returning messages.
