EDI Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, document, and educate partners on client EDI requirements
• Analyze and document business objectives and requirements for project execution
• Monitor and ensure EDI compliance across various areas, including member eligibility and claims data
• Manage EDI deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between business customers and technology providers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent field experience
• Minimum of 3 years of EDI technical or business work experience
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and HIPAA X12 Standard Transactions
• Proven experience in documenting business requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with common Healthcare EDI transactions such as 834, 837, 835, 277U, and 277CA
• Ability to create SQL queries to analyze EDI data
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical specifications to business users
• Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies in software development
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and build strong interpersonal relationships
