Role Description
The Material Planning team is responsible for ensuring raw materials, components and sub-assemblies are delivered to Form Energy pilot lines and production sites to support production needs, at optimal efficiency.
Relocation assistance is available.
What you'll do:- Execute and follow up on creation of Purchase Orders in our ERP system.
- Coordinate with suppliers for clear-to-build updates, summarizing parts that need further escalation with cross‑functional support.
- Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting issues regarding parts receipts to enable systematic resolution.
- 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Self‑starter/independent work style.
- Familiarity with Purchasing and Procurement processes.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Oracle ERP system experience is a plus.
