Industrial Painter

Mancan is currently seeking dedicated and motivated Paint line Laborers to join our team in Weirton, WV. As a Paint line Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our industrial operations, ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of the paint line processes.

Responsibilities:

• Hang and remove parts from the paint line in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and parts.
• Accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure for precise work.
• Engage in general warehouse duties to support overall operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or industrial setting is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure for accurate measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Steel toe boots are mandatory for safety purposes.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday, from 4:00PM to 2:00 AM.

Salary & Benefits:

The compensation for this position is $15 per hour.
