Maintenance Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Operator to join their team. As a Maintenance Operator, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Operator

Location: Weirton, WV

Pay Range: $20/hour

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Execute operation maintenance activities to ensure smooth production processes.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical systems when issues arise.
• Restore systems to working condition efficiently and effectively.
• Interpret schematics and drawings to determine parts and resources needed.
• Log instances of downtime and perform TPM activities to improve operational reliability.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
