Assembly, Production Associate / Production Line, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Our client is seeking an Assembler to join their team in Weirton, WV
. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production team, supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to follow work instructions consistently—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Weirton, WV
Pay Range: $16/$17
Shift: 1st shift M-F 7am-330pm & 2nd shift M-F 330pm-12am(some overtime may be required)
What's the Job?
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Perform basic mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and/or production equipment as assigned.
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area to support a safe workplace.
- Complete production documentation and communicate issues or defects to the appropriate team member.

- Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and visual work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and consistent quality.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and meeting production expectations.
- Basic understanding of safe tool/equipment use and willingness to follow all safety rules.
- Reliable attendance and a team-focused mindset to support daily operations.
