Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Stepdown for a travel assignment in Weirton, WV. This role requires a skilled nurse comfortable in an acute care environment, managing cardiac monitoring and titratable drips.

Key responsibilities of the RN – Stepdown – Travel include:
- Provide patient care including ADLs, vital signs, and blood sugar monitoring
- Administer medications including cardiac drips – cardizem, amio, nitro, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, angiomax
- Collaborate with RT to manage respiratory equipment, troubleshooting as required
- Interpret and monitor telemetry, performing necessary measurements and rhythm identification
- Participate in developing ideal scheduling within a structured four-week block
Requirements of the RN – Stepdown – Travel include:
- Current RN license and ability to submit License to Submit
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience
- Proficient with cardiac monitoring and drip titration
