As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish and maintain retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with products from other companies.

Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.00‑$15.00 per hour depending on skill and experience. You will receive paid training and access to voluntary benefits such as medical, dental, and vision. This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule. Average weekly hours are 6‑18. Availability before and after major holidays and for season changeovers is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys. Proficient interaction with store employees, management, and customers is essential.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours during major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You may be required to work on the actual holiday or weekend.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture relocation, and card department resets. Notify two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, possibly including evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: support other team members when needed within the Hallmark field organization.

You will be required to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, both on the sales floor and back stockrooms. You should be able to kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and use step ladders throughout the workday.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores.
