Position: Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition, manage key client accounts, and expand staffing solutions across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in Staffing Sales, Domestic Recruitment, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation within the recruitment consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and acquire new clients for Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, and Recruitment Services.
  • Generate business through cold calling, networking, references, and market mapping.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Prepare proposals, commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
Account Management
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients by understanding their hiring and workforce requirements.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive account growth through repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Recruitment Coordination
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of mandates.
  • Monitor hiring progress and maintain recruitment quality standards.
  • Address client escalations and ensure smooth execution of recruitment projects.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to understand future hiring plans.
Revenue & Performance Management
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Track business performance, revenue generation, and account profitability.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
