With more than 25 years of production and midstream industry experience, we provide well hook‑up services, operate and maintain more than 2,000 wells, hundreds of compressors and associated facilities, hundreds of miles of gathering system pipelines, and are available nationwide.

• Understand Basic Blueprints
• Understand Basic Fabrication Practices

• 1 year minimum experience and ability to pass Pre‑Employment Welding Test
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
• Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
• Pass Pre‑Employment Drug Test and Background Screening
• Have a valid driver’s license

• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Driving, walking, standing frequently.
• Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting.
• Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
