Position Summary
Pressley Ridge has an opening for a Wraparound Facilitator (WF) serving Kanawha County. The WF provides assessments to identify strengths and needs for treatment/service planning. The WF monitors service delivery, goals, problem solving and helps to build a support network. In addition, the WF is to coordinate & create services and supports to fit the unique needs of the child and family while building upon their strengths.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Clearances. State Police/FBI per state regulations;
Child Protection.
Working Conditions
- Physical Demands. Requires vision, speech, and hearing.
- Environmental Factors. Normal administrative office environment.
- Working Hours. Mon
- Friday as set by the Program Director.
Required
Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field.
Preferred
Masters or better in Human Services or related field.
ExperienceRequired:
2 years relevant experience with youth/families in social services.
