WVNCC seeks Part‑Time Temporary Van Driver for TRIO Upward Bound
, to transport students for Saturday College Day and/or Summer Academy.
This is a grant‑funded position. TRIO Upward Bound van drivers are expected to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the Upward Bound participants while riding in the van.
Responsibilities- Transport students in grades 9‑12 from select schools (Toronto, Steubenville, Buckeye Local, Edison, Indian Creek) during Saturday sessions and the five‑week long Summer Academy.
- Work effectively with students of varying abilities, encouraging and providing positive reinforcement.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Van driver training will be provided.
Position up to 15 hours per week, typical schedule: 7:30‑9:30 am and 3‑6 pm.
Pay: $15–$18 per hour.
