We specialize in hauling various lime products in pneumatic dry bulk tankers and are looking for professional, safety-minded drivers to grow with us.
Pay & Financial Benefits- Average Gross Pay: $1,500 – $1,900 weekly
- Payment Method:
Weekly pay via direct deposit. - Bonuses:
Eligible for a weekly performance bonus (and an additional $150 weekly bonus available after 60 days based on internal details). - Referral Program:
Reward system for bringing in new drivers ($250 after 60 days; an additional $750 if they stay 6 months). - Retirement: 401(k) plan with company matching.
- Medical, Dental, & Vision:
Comprehensive coverage where the company pays 85% of the premium (driver pays 15%). Coverage kicks in after 60 days. - Life Insurance:
Company-provided $50,000 life insurance policy. - Time Off:
Paid time off (PTO) becomes available after 1 year of service. - Orientation & Training:
Fully paid orientation and paid pneumatic training.
Home Time:
Guaranteed home nightly.
Schedule Options:
Choice of Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday (shifts run roughly 12–13 hours per day, typically Sunday–Friday).
The Route:
All loads start in Weirton, WV, and deliver the same day. Most delivery points are within a 100-mile radius (longest runs around 450 miles).
Equipment:
New, late-model Freightliner Cascadias equipped with Sirius XM Radio.
Job Stability:
Year-round, predictable work with no slow seasons and no layoffs.
- Licensing:
Valid CDL Class A license - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience. - Driving Record:
Must have a clean and safe driving record. - Pneumatic
Skills:
No prior pneumatic experience required (company will train). - Professionalism:
Strong professional attitude and reliability when working with customers.
