Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training;
Ability to read a tape measure;
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50lbs;
Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
• Keeps area neat and clean
• Reads and use a tape measure
• Reads blueprints and orders
• Communicates well with coworkers
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• Must have a strong work ethic - consistently arrive on time and per scheduled shift - EVERY DAY
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Must understand safety procedures
• Must have good teamwork skills
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles

The typical schedule for this position is 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.
