Travel & Expense Management Arrange domestic and (as needed) international travel and all related accommodations, producing comprehensive and detailed itineraries that anticipate the needs of the executive on the road.
Process reimbursement and expense reports through Concur in accordance with established policy guidelines; track expenses, reconcile receipts, and follow up in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external partners and counterparts on logistics for off-site meetings, industry conferences, and manufacturer visits.

Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines, and requests across the team.

Manage general administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, renewing memberships and subscriptions, managing distribution lists, photocopying, and deliveries.
Maintain department files across electronic document systems, SharePoint, intranet sites, and web-based project management tools.
Strategic Partnership & Confidentiality Serve as a strategic thought partner by developing a strong understanding of the VP's priorities, the Caremark Trade team's business objectives, and the organization's operating cadence.
Act as a point of contact between the VP and senior leaders, external partners, and key stakeholders; provide a bridge for smooth communication and maintain credibility and trust with senior leadership.
Build strong working relationships across other executive assistants, leadership teams, and functional partners to streamline communication and workflows.
Handle highly sensitive and proprietary information with diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Independently resolve issues within scope and escalate appropriately when needed.
