This role is centered on delivering a best‑in‑class workplace experience ensuring the office is consistently organized, well‑maintained, and running smoothly throughout the day.
You’ll be the go-to person for the physical space, creating an environment that feels polished, welcoming, and fully functional for employees and visitors alike.
What You’ll Do- Maintain a high standard across all shared spaces, including kitchen and common areas
- Ensure the office is consistently organized, stocked, and presentation‑ready
- Oversee day‑to‑day workplace operations and flow
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors and employees
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and building management
- Prepare meeting rooms and support office events
- Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives
- Manage supplies, deliveries, and general administrative support
