Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
Job Summary
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance initiatives through documentation, process improvement, regulatory change management, and coordination with internal stakeholders. This role assists with maintaining compliance programs, tracking regulatory requirements, preparing reporting materials, and ensuring the accuracy of compliance documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced working within regulated environments while leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
Job Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day regulatory compliance program activities, including documentation, tracking, reporting, and follow‑up on compliance initiatives.
- Maintain compliance records, inventories, issue logs, action plans, and supporting documentation within governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to collect information, validate updates, and support timely completion of compliance deliverables.
- Prepare meeting materials, compliance reports, status updates, summaries, and documentation for leadership and project teams.
- Review compliance documentation for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established procedures.
- Assist with regulatory change management activities by documenting new requirements, assessing impacts, and supporting implementation efforts.
- Support process improvement initiatives by documenting procedures, identifying process gaps, and organizing compliance artifacts.
- Utilize AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies, to improve documentation quality, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive regulatory and business information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, audit, legal, operations, change management, or a related business support function.
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance management, regulatory change management, issue management, control documentation, or risk assessment processes.
- Experience working with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems or regulatory compliance management platforms.
- Experience using AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, chatbots, or similar technologies.
- Experience maintaining structured documentation, compliance records, trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting materials.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance processes and regulated business environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with Archer or other GRC platforms, such as Service Now GRC or One Trust, preferred.
- Project coordination or project management experience preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise summaries for leadership preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
