Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and managing client flow. This role is important in creating a welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining efficient front desk operations.
Duties- Greeting guests, schedule and confirm appointments, and answering phones
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries
- Cashing clients out in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean salon, including sanitizing equipment and light cleaning
- Maintain accurate transactions using POS systems and ensure proper stock management
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and support
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Assisting in opening and closing salon
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales environment is essential
- Able to grasp basic computer skills and learn our software program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
