Position: Front Desk Receptionist (weekends)

Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time Weekend)

Position: Part‑Time – Saturday 2pm‑8pm, Sunday 8am‑2pm (minimum 12 hours per week)

Pay range: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour

Location: 27 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02481

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and perform front desk reception duties.
  • Provide administrative support including managing visitor logs and scheduling.
  • Act as a concierge, liaising between families and department managers.
Qualifications
  • Positive, outgoing, personable and courteous with excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communicator with ability to work with others.
  • Computer and phone usage experience required.
  • Experience in a senior living or assisted living community is helpful.
